In 2011, C. P. Ustenko S. P. mounted ultrasonic washing line, developed by the Institute of people's Republic of China. Ultrasonic equipment of new generation ensures 100% purification, increasing the strength of the glass by 20 %, disinfection of used glass bottles for reuse by the manufacturer, along with a new bottle.

Perhaps the most important is that we guarantee high quality of supplied glass bottles. On our ultrasonic equipment, each bottle is subjected to 8-level cleaning and rinsing three levels; 1) pre-rinsing and flushing of contaminants, 2 ) alkaline soak, 3) processing of ultrasonic emitters, 4) after disposing of the primary labels (neck up), 5) after disposing of the secondary labels (upside down), 6) the first alkaline douching inside at a temperature of 85 C, 7) a second alkaline douching inside and outside at a temperature of 90-95 C, 8) third alkaline douching inside and outside at a temperature of 85 C, 9) the fourth alkaline douching inside and outside at a temperature of 75 C, 10) rinse with hot water with the alkali catalyst, 11) rinsing with warm water, 12) prepared by rinsing with tap water, 13) processing quartz germicidal emitter, 14) processing of the infrared rays at a temperature of 120 C. Our technology allows us to remove stubborn dirt of any complexity, which is not possible to wash on the serial washing machines: milk, wine, beer stone, salt deposits, glue, adhesive labels, rust and grease. In addition, this technology disinfects, disinfects and removes minor scratches and increases durability of glass by 20%.
